1838 Coronation

This silver commemorative medal was minted in 1838 to commemorate H.R.E. Ferdinand I of Austria, (1835-1848) Coronation as King.

Obv:   Allocate busts of Royal couple right (NICE HIGH RELIEVE)
Rev:    Enthroned Religio facing left
Diameter: 51.5 mm

I'm liking the medals as much as I do the Talers. I've got some 17th century Vatican pieces on the way.

Wow, that's pretty cool, and at 51.5mm,  probably quite hefty, too!   :ThumbsUp;

I may have asked this before, but how do you store the large pieces like this?  In a coin cabinet?
