This coin was minted for Bavaria not Hesse-Darmstadt. I noticed it was a Bavarian piece by the coat of arms. If it was a Hesse-Darmstadt piece, it would be worth more. This is why I always tell collectors to study and learn the series of coins their going to collect, so they do not get taken.

That's one very nice coin.
Those billon 1 Kreuzer coins almost never turn up in high grades.
