For some reason, that design looks familiar.  Yours is quite stunning, though, given it's prooflike appearance.

I'm surprised it wasn't given the designation, actually. They seem a lot more stringent with world coins than they do with PL Morgans, that's for sure.

Here it is. It's not the best photo, but it proves the point. I won this over at CH forums. It's a solid AU if you ask me. I really see rubbing only on the coat of Wilhelm.
