Submitted coins to PCGS and TrueViews, which will upgrade?

and which ones do you think will stay the same?

1795 Washington grate halfpenny. Breen-1271, Baker-29, D&H-283a, W-10955,
Middlesex. Large Buttons, Reeded Edge. MS-64 (PCGS).

LOVE those Walkers!  I refuse to commit to an opinion as to how PCGS will grade anymore though. ;)

I don't know about the 1795, but I don't think any of the Walkers or dollars will upgrade.
